Dents will be skillfully removed by our silversmiths.
As with dents and scratches, the process for Monogram removal depends on whether the piece is Sterling or Silver-plated. On a Sterling item [sterling is almost always marked] the engraving is buffed so the monogram will no longer be detectable.
